We raise our stock on pasture and the hay we grow ourselves.  It takes us around 30 months to finish out a steer on grass.  The steaks are a little smaller and we process them all bone-in.  The meat is a darker red and has a wonderful beefy flavor.  Try a sample and you will never go back to the grocery store for beef again.


We generally have animals to process throughout the year.  Our beef is available in the whole or half.  We also can put together beef boxes with the cuts you select for the folks that don't have much freezer capacity. 


Whole beef - Roughly 475lbs hanging weight  = $5.50 per pound plus processing

Half beef - Roughly 225lbs hanging weight = $6.00 per pound plus processing

(Processing of roughly 80cents a pound is also paid by the customer)
