Buckthorn Ranch LLC

We raise our stock on pasture and the hay we grow ourselves.  It takes us around 30 months to finish out a steer on grass.  The steaks are a little smaller and we process them all bone-in.  The meat is a darker red and has a wonderful beefy flavor.  Try a sample and you will never go back to the grocery store for beef again.


Our beef is available in the whole or half.  


Whole beef - Roughly 550-600lbs hanging weight  = $5.50 per pound plus processing

Half beef  = $6.00 per pound plus processing

(Processing of roughly 80cents a pound is also paid by the customer)
